Read the Wiki Guidelines
These explain the general "behavior" guidelines for this Wiki.
Preview your edits
Instead of saving every minor edit of a page, use the "Show preview" button.
This keeps the Recent changes list and page history from being cluttered with repeated entries.
Mark minor edits as such
For edits that don't change the meaning of an article (e.g. when fixing typos), use the "This is a minor edit" option.
This allows users to filter out those minor edits when browsing the Recent changes list.
Include a summary
So that other users (and admins) know whether an edit is relevant for them for them, add a brief summary to any of your edits (even if they are minor).
Discussion pages
End posts on discussion pages with your signature, and follow these guidelines.
Experimentation
For experimentation either use the public Sandbox, or the one in your personal space.
